Roar-ee's Cubs Camp is a day camp for children ages 6 through 12. The camp offers athletics, arts & crafts, and team-building games, all in a collegiate setting! Cubs Camp happens annually over nine weekly summer sessions, two holiday sessions, and one spring session. Campers will have access to Columbia's top-notch Division 1 Athletic facilities, and a competent and caring staff comprised of coaches, student-athletes, and teachers. These trained staff members help campers develop their knowledge of sports, increase their love of physical activity, improve their sportsmanship, and gain athletic confidence. The goal of Roar-ee's Cubs Camp is to provide a memorable sports summer camp experience while promoting team-work, friendship, and self-confidence in a safe community. Campers are encouraged to work, play together, try new things, and most importantly, have fun!

Session 1: June 13 - 17 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 2: June 20 - 24 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 3: June 27 - July 1 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 4: July 5 - 8 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 5: July 11 - 15 at Baker Athletics Complex
Session 6: July 18 - 22 at Baker Athletics Complex
Session 7: July 25 - 29 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 8: August 1 - 5 at Dodge Fitness Center
Session 9: August 8 - 12 at Dodge Fitness Center

Post Care: $125/session or $30/day
Bus Transportation: $100/round trip, $50/one way
Bus Transportation is available during sessions 4 and 5, when camp is at the Baker Athletics Complex. The bus leaves and returns to Amsterdam Avenue and 117th Street.
Our experienced staff strives to create a fun, positive environment with a variety of activities to make every camper feel included and engaged. Each week, campers participate in activities around a weekly theme, such as scavenger hunts, orienteering, trivia games, dance, and more!
While at the Dodge Fitness Center, the lineup of sports and games can include, basketball, whiffle ball, volleyball, track, frisbee, dodgeball, tag, gaga ball, and much more! Swim sessions, which include short group lessons and recreational swim, occur four times a week for an hour.
Cubs Camp at Baker Athletics Complex takes advantage of the private outdoor space, along with the range of different athletic facilities available. Popular activities include handball, flag football, track relays, water games, soccer, and enjoying the big sprinklers. Tennis sessions also occur four times a week.
